Ingredients
2 sleeves graham crackers
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
16 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), divided
2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding
3 cups cold milk
3 cups fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/2 cup berry jam or preserves (optional)
Instructions
1. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping to create the first creamy layer.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk instant pudding with milk and let it set for 5 minutes. Fold in the remaining whipped topping to create the second creamy layer.
3. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers across the bottom. Spread half the cream cheese mixture over the crackers.
4. Add a generous layer of fresh berries, then another layer of graham crackers. Spread the pudding layer over the top.
5. Repeat layers if desired, finishing with more berries on top.
6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
7. Before serving, drizzle berry preserves on top or add extra berries. Slice and serve chilled.
