Ingredients
40 mini pretzels
20 soft caramel candies
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Flaky sea salt for topping
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place 20 mini pretzels evenly spaced.
2. Unwrap and slightly flatten 20 soft caramels. Place one on top of each pretzel.
3. Top each caramel with another mini pretzel to form a sandwich.
4. Gently warm the tray in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds to soften the caramel. Let them cool slightly.
5. Melt 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil until smooth.
6. Dip each pretzel sandwich halfway into the melted chocolate and return to the tray.
7. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt while chocolate is still wet.
8. Chill the tray in the fridge or freezer until the chocolate sets.
9. Serve chilled or store in an airtight container.
