Description

These Mustard Hasselback Kielbasa Bites are the ultimate easy appetizer—bold, smoky, sweet, and tangy. Perfect for game days, holidays, or weeknight snacks. A delicious twist on kielbasa recipes everyone will crave.

Ingredients

1 pound kielbasa

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil.

2. Slice the kielbasa into thin hasselback-style cuts, about 1/4 inch apart, being careful not to cut all the way through.

3. In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, brown sugar, olive oil, and garlic powder until combined into a glaze.

4. Place kielbasa on the baking sheet and spoon glaze over the top, making sure it gets into the slits.

5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until edges are caramelized and slightly crispy.

6. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and sprinkle with parsley if desired.

7. Slice into individual bites and serve warm.

Notes

Let the glaze sit on the sausage for 5 minutes before baking for deeper flavor.

Swap Dijon for spicy brown mustard if you want a kick.

Use turkey kielbasa for a leaner version without losing flavor.
