This mouthwatering keto ground turkey casserole is the perfect low-carb comfort food. Made with ground turkey, cauliflower rice, and plenty of creamy cheese, it’s a high-protein, gluten-free weeknight dinner that’s both healthy and satisfying.
Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
2 cups cauliflower rice
4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Brown the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2. Add cauliflower rice and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until slightly softened.
3. Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth and creamy. Let simmer for 5 minutes to thicken.
4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use pre-riced cauliflower to save time.
Let the casserole sit for 5 minutes after baking to thicken.
Add red pepper flakes if you want a little heat.
