Description

Million Dollar Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells is the ultimate comfort food recipe with creamy cheese filling, juicy chicken, and rich Alfredo sauce baked into jumbo pasta shells. A crowd-pleasing, family-friendly chicken pasta dish perfect for dinner or special occasions.


Ingredients

12 jumbo pasta shells

1 cup ricotta cheese

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

1 ½ cups cooked shredded chicken

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 ½ cups Alfredo sauce

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

1. Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente, then rinse with cool water and set aside.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, cream cheese, ¾ cup mozzarella, ¼ cup Parmesan, shredded chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3. Fill each shell with the creamy chicken mixture.

4. In a greased baking dish, spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom.

5. Place the filled shells in the dish, then cover with remaining Alfredo sauce.

6. Sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

7. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.

8. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.

You can assemble the dish in advance and refrigerate before baking.
