Description

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)

4 ounces cream cheese

2 cups shredded cheese

3 cups crushed tortilla chips

1 bunch green onions, chopped

sour cream, for topping (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.

3. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Stir and simmer for a few minutes.

4. Mix in Rotel and cream cheese until melted and creamy.

5. In a baking dish, layer half the crushed tortilla chips, followed by half the beef mixture and shredded cheese. Repeat layers.

6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.

7. Remove from oven and top with chopped green onions and sour cream if using.

8. Serve warm and enjoy!
