Description

Ingredients

3 pounds russet potatoes

4 tablespoons butter

8 ounces cream cheese

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup whole milk

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

6 slices cooked bacon, chopped

1/4 cup sliced green onions


Instructions

1. Peel and boil the russet potatoes until fork-tender.

3. Stir in whole milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
