Ingredients

4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs

1/3 cup maple syrup

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic.

2. Pat chicken thighs dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Sear the chicken skin-side down until golden and crisp.
