Description
Maple Garlic Chicken Bites with Spicy Cajun Alfredo is a bold and comforting chicken dinner combining sticky maple garlic glaze with a creamy Cajun Alfredo sauce. Perfect for weeknight meals or dinner parties, this flavorful recipe is quick, satisfying, and unforgettable.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts or thighs, boneless and skinless
1/3 cup maple syrup
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
8 ounces pasta or 2 cups cooked rice (optional)
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of Cajun seasoning.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and butter. Sear chicken pieces until golden and cooked through.
3. Add garlic and maple syrup to the skillet. Simmer until the glaze thickens and coats the chicken.
4. In another pan, melt butter and stir in Cajun seasoning. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.
5. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens to desired consistency.
6. Add glazed chicken bites into the Alfredo sauce and stir to combine.
7. Serve over pasta or rice. Garnish with fresh herbs or Parmesan if desired.
Notes
Use chicken thighs for juicier bites that hold up better to glazing.
Let the maple glaze simmer until slightly sticky to lock in flavor.
Reheat leftovers with a splash of milk or cream to keep the sauce silky.
