Description

This magical 15-minute Christmas fruit salad is the ultimate quick and easy holiday recipe. Bursting with strawberries, grapes, pineapple, pomegranate, and marshmallows, it’s the perfect festive side or dessert. Enjoy this light, colorful fruit salad at your next Christmas gathering.

Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 cup green grapes, halved

1 cup pineapple chunks, drained

1 cup mandarin orange segments, drained

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup whipped topping

1 cup vanilla yogurt

0.5 cup pomegranate arils

Instructions

1. Wash and dry all fresh fruits. Slice strawberries and halve grapes. Drain the pineapple and mandarin oranges thoroughly.

2. In a large bowl, combine whipped topping and vanilla yogurt. Mix until smooth.

3. Add the prepared fruits, marshmallows, and pomegranate arils to the bowl. Gently fold everything to coat evenly.

4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld. Enjoy chilled.

Notes

Use fresh fruits when possible for best texture.

Drain canned fruits thoroughly to avoid watery salad.

Add a sprinkle of shredded coconut or chopped nuts for extra texture.
