Ingredients
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 green onions, sliced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
0.5 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
Cooking spray or oil for frying
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, bacon, cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
2. Use a spoon or scoop to shape the mixture into small balls and place on a lined tray. Chill for 20 minutes.
3. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat.
