Ingredients
0.5 lb thinly sliced beef
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup corn kernels
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sriracha or gochujang
2 green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Add the beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Mix mayonnaise with sriracha or gochujang in a small bowl and set aside.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high and cook the marinated beef for 5–7 minutes until caramelized.
4. In another pan, melt butter and sauté corn for 3–4 minutes until slightly browned.
5. Assemble bowls with rice, beef, corn, and a drizzle of the creamy sauce. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
