Description

These irresistible tiramisu truffles are the perfect no-bake dessert for coffee lovers. Made with mascarpone, ladyfingers, and espresso, these creamy bite-sized treats deliver all the classic flavors of tiramisu in an easy-to-make truffle. Ideal for holiday platters or quick indulgent snacks.


Ingredients

1 cup ladyfingers, crushed

8 oz mascarpone cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

3 tbsp espresso or strong coffee

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting


Instructions

1. Place the ladyfingers in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and espresso until smooth.

3. Add crushed ladyfingers and mix until a dough forms. Chill for 30 minutes.

4. Scoop the dough and roll into bite-sized balls.

5. Roll each truffle in cocoa powder until coated.

6. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

These truffles are best served chilled for texture and flavor.

For an adult twist, add 1 tablespoon of coffee liqueur to the mix.
