Ingredients
6 cups crispy rice cereal
2 cups pecans
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup

1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine crispy rice cereal and pecans in a large bowl.
2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, then stir in the brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a gentle boil for 4–5 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and baking soda. The mixture will foam up.

5. Spread mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
