These Irresistible Italian Pinwheels are a no-bake party favorite made with layers of salami, pepperoni, provolone, and a herbed cream cheese spread rolled up in soft tortillas. Perfect for appetizers, snacks, or game day bites, they’re easy to make ahead and packed with classic Italian flavors.
Ingredients
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 large flour tortillas
12 slices salami
12 slices pepperoni
4 slices provolone cheese
1/4 cup banana peppers, drained and sliced
1/4 cup roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
Instructions
1. Let the cream cheese soften to room temperature. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with Italian seasoning and garlic powder until smooth.
2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla.
3. Layer 3 slices of salami, 3 slices of pepperoni, and 1 slice of provolone on each tortilla.
4. Add a few pieces of banana pepper, roasted red pepper, and a small handful of spinach.
5. Tightly roll each tortilla into a log.
6. Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
7. Unwrap and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
8. Arrange on a platter and serve.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for easy spreading.
Slice with a serrated knife to keep the layers intact.
Chill before slicing to help pinwheels hold their shape.
