Ingredients
16 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb ground beef
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup beef broth
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, and beef broth. Stir until smooth.
4. Return the beef to the skillet and add the cooked pasta. Stir in the Parmesan cheese. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes to thicken.
5. Serve hot with extra Parmesan and cracked black pepper if desired.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
Don’t skip the beef broth—it adds depth to the sauce.
Add spinach or mushrooms for an extra layer of flavor and texture.
