Description

Hot Honey Garlic Chicken Bites & Cajun Alfredo with Crispy Broccoli Twists is the ultimate comfort dinner combining sweet heat, creamy pasta, and roasted vegetables. Perfect for family meals, this spicy garlic chicken and Cajun Alfredo recipe is bold, easy to make, and absolutely irresistible.

Ingredients

500g boneless chicken thighs

1/2 cup cornstarch

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 eggs

1/3 cup hot honey

2 cloves minced garlic

2 tbsp butter (for glaze)

2 tbsp butter (for sauce)

1 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

300g fettuccine pasta

2 cups broccoli florets

2 tbsp olive oil

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.

2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mix cornstarch, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Beat eggs in a separate bowl. Dip chicken in egg, then dredge in flour mixture. Fry in hot oil until golden and cooked through.

3. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a small pan. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in hot honey. Toss fried chicken bites in the glaze.

4. Cook fettuccine pasta until al dente. In a saucepan, melt 2 tbsp butter, add Cajun seasoning and pour in heavy cream. Simmer, then add Parmesan. Stir until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Plate Alfredo pasta, top with glazed chicken bites, and roasted broccoli. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

Pat chicken dry before breading for extra crispiness.

Use freshly grated Parmesan for a smoother Alfredo texture.

Toss chicken in the glaze just before serving to keep it crisp.
