Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons hot honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
8 ounces fettuccine pasta
1 cup thinly sliced Brussels sprouts
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Pan-sear chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Drizzle hot honey on top while still warm.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, then pour in heavy cream. Simmer and stir in parmesan until creamy.
4. Cook fettuccine pasta until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
5. Toss pasta in the Alfredo sauce, adding reserved water to adjust consistency if needed.
6. Blend feta cheese with Greek yogurt until smooth and whipped.
7. Roast Brussels sprouts at 425°F for 15–20 minutes until crispy.
8. Assemble dish: plate pasta, top with sliced chicken, add a scoop of whipped feta and a handful of Brussels chips. Drizzle more hot honey if desired.
Notes
Marinate chicken at least 20 minutes for best flavor.
Use freshly grated parmesan for a smoother Alfredo sauce.
Roast Brussels chips right before serving to keep them crispy.
