Description
This Hot Fudge Brownie Bread recipe blends rich chocolate brownie flavor with the comfort of a quick loaf. Moist, decadent, and swirled with hot fudge, it’s the ultimate chocolate dessert bread. Perfect for chocolate lovers and ideal for any occasion.
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan. Line with parchment paper for easy removal.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs, then stir in milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips if using.
6. Pour half the batter into the loaf pan, add half the hot fudge sauce and swirl. Repeat with remaining batter and fudge. Swirl gently.
7. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean with moist crumbs.
8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
This bread is extra moist and rich, so allow it to cool before slicing for clean cuts.
Use thick hot fudge instead of thin syrup to maintain defined swirls.
Optional chocolate chips boost the gooey chocolate factor even more.
