Description

This easy Honey Garlic Ground Beef and Broccoli recipe is a quick one-skillet dinner packed with sweet-savory flavors. Perfect over rice or noodles, it’s an ideal weeknight meal. Great for meal prep and family-friendly.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

3 cups broccoli florets

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup honey

1/3 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons water

2 tablespoons green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.

2. Add minced garlic and broccoli florets to the skillet. Cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring frequently.

3. In a bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water until smooth.

4. Pour the sauce into the skillet and simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened and glossy.

5. Garnish with green onions if using. Serve over rice, noodles, or in lettuce wraps.

Notes

Use 85/15 ground beef for best flavor and texture.

You can substitute ground turkey or chicken if preferred.

Double the sauce if serving over noodles to keep it saucy.
