Ingredients
1.5 lbs chicken thighs
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp cornstarch
2 green onions, chopped
8 skewers, soaked if wooden
Instructions
1. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
2. Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and marinate in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
3. Thread chicken pieces onto skewers evenly.
4. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
5. Grill skewers for 5–7 minutes per side, until cooked through and slightly charred.
6. Simmer leftover marinade with cornstarch until thickened, then brush over skewers.
7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
