Ingredients

6 medium tomatillos

2 cloves garlic

2 jalapeños or serrano peppers

1 small white onion

1 cup fresh cilantro

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. Preheat your broiler and place tomatillos, garlic, onion, and jalapeños on a baking sheet.

2. Broil for 8 minutes, turning halfway through, until lightly charred and softened.

3. Transfer everything to a blender or food processor.
