Ingredients
40 holiday sandwich cookies
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
16 oz whipped topping, divided
2 cups cold milk
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix (5.1 oz)
1/4 cup holiday sprinkles
Instructions
1. Crush half the cookies into coarse crumbs and press into the bottom of a 9×13 dish.
2. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
3. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread over the cookie crust.
4. Whisk together milk and vanilla pudding mix until thick.
5. Fold the remaining whipped topping into the pudding.
6. Spread pudding mixture over the cheesecake layer.
7. Break remaining cookies into chunks and sprinkle on top.
8. Add holiday sprinkles over the cookie layer.
9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
