Description

These Homemade Big Mac Wraps deliver all the flavor of the classic fast food burger in a healthier, homemade wrap. Packed with ground beef, lettuce, pickles, cheese, and that irresistible Big Mac sauce, it’s a quick and satisfying meal. Perfect for family dinners or meal prep, these wraps are a must-try for anyone craving a cheeseburger fix with a twist.


Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/3 cup diced onions

1/3 cup chopped dill pickles

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or 4 slices

1/2 cup Big Mac sauce

4 large flour tortillas


Instructions

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat if needed.

2. While the beef is cooking, chop the lettuce, dice the onion, and slice or chop the pickles. Get your cheese and sauce ready.

3. Warm the tortillas for 10-15 seconds in the microwave or skillet to make folding easier.

4. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a layer of Big Mac sauce. Add the cooked beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, onions, and pickles. Don’t overfill.

5. Fold the wrap like a burrito and place it seam-side down in a skillet. Toast until golden and the cheese is melted. Flip and toast the other side.

6. Slice in half and serve hot.

Notes

Make sure not to overfill the wraps or they’ll tear.

To make this low-carb, use a low-carb tortilla and skip the toasting.

The wraps can be made ahead and reheated in a skillet or air fryer.
