Description

Hidden Valley Ranch Chicken Pasta is the ultimate comfort food, blending tender chicken, creamy ranch sauce, and pasta for a rich and satisfying weeknight dinner. Perfect for meal prep and full of flavor, this easy one-skillet pasta dish is ideal for families craving quick, hearty meals.


Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix

12 oz pasta

4 oz cream cheese

1 cup milk

1 cup chicken broth

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and fully cooked through. Remove and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and milk, stirring to combine. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Sprinkle in the Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix and stir again until the sauce thickens slightly.

3. While the sauce is coming together, cook your pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

4. Add the cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and let everything simmer for a couple of minutes until heated through and creamy.

5. Serve warm, garnished with extra cheese or chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken as a shortcut.

Add pepper jack cheese for a spicier version.

Reheat with a splash of milk to maintain creaminess.
