Description

This Herbed Spinach Dip is a creamy and flavorful appetizer made with fresh herbs, spinach, cream cheese, and garlic. It’s the perfect party dip, spread, or snack that’s easy to make ahead and serve chilled. A great low-effort, high-reward recipe for entertaining or everyday cravings.

Ingredients

2 cups baby spinach

8 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Steam or sauté fresh spinach until wilted, then chop finely. If using frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze out excess moisture.

2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

3. Stir in chopped spinach, parsley, dill, and minced garlic until evenly combined.

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

6. Serve chilled with vegetables, bread, or chips.

Notes

Let the dip chill for at least 30 minutes to deepen the flavor.

Make sure spinach is very dry before mixing it in.

You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter version.
