Description
Halloween Mini Pizzas are the perfect spooky finger food for parties, school lunches, or festive movie nights. Made with pizza dough, mozzarella, olives, and pepperoni, these fun mini pizzas are kid-friendly, customizable, and fast to bake. A must-have Halloween appetizer or dinner treat!
Ingredients
1 package pizza dough
1 cup pizza sauce
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4 sticks string cheese or 8 slices mozzarella
20 slices pepperoni
¼ cup sliced black olives
3 mini bell peppers
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll out the dough and cut into 3-4 inch circles using a cookie cutter or glass.
3. Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce over each dough circle, leaving a small border.
4. Use cheese, olives, and vegetables to create ghost faces, spiders, pumpkins, and other spooky shapes.
5. Brush dough edges with olive oil for crispiness.
6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
7. Let cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Make sure to not overload the toppings to keep the crust from getting soggy.
Use parchment paper to prevent sticking and for easy cleanup.
