Description

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

4 medium russet potatoes, thinly sliced

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 small onion, diced

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.

2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain and set aside.

3. Thinly slice the potatoes into even rounds.

4. In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup with milk until smooth.

5. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the dish, followed by half the beef, onions, cheese, and soup mixture.

6. Repeat the layers and finish with the remaining cheese on top.

7. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
