Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 pineapple rings
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon ginger grated
4 burger buns
4 tablespoons mayonnaise or creamy dressing
4 lettuce leaves (optional)
4 tomato slices (optional)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Coat the chicken breasts and marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
