Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 cucumber
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 red onion
1/3 cup kalamata olives
1/2 cup feta cheese
4 cups romaine lettuce
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
1. Marinate the chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and oregano for at least 30 minutes.
2. Grill chicken over medium heat until fully cooked, then let rest before slicing.
3. Mix tzatziki ingredients (Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt) and chill.
