Description

Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 ½ cups heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

8 ounces pasta of choice (fettuccine, penne, or spaghetti)

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped parsley


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let rest.

2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and let simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.

4. Slice chicken and return to the pan. Add pasta and toss everything in the sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
