These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are savory, cheesy, handheld bites of joy. Made with biscuit dough, juicy ground beef, garlic butter, and parmesan, they’re perfect as a game day snack, appetizer, or easy dinner recipe.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
4 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until fully browned.
2. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar until melted. Let cool slightly.
4. Flatten each biscuit round and add a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center.
5. Fold and seal each into a ball; place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
6. Melt butter in a small saucepan and stir in minced garlic.
7. Brush the garlic butter over each bomb and sprinkle with parmesan.
8. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes or until golden.
9. Optional: garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
10. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Reheat in oven to maintain crisp texture.
Use crescent roll dough for a flakier version.
