Description
Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Parmesan Tortellini and Garlic Sauce is a decadent, one-pan dinner recipe combining tender seared steak, rich garlic butter, and cheesy tortellini in a velvety Parmesan cream sauce. Perfect for weeknight dinners or special gatherings, this steak pasta dish is quick, satisfying, and full of flavor.
Ingredients
300g steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
250g cheese tortellini
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Pat the steak pieces dry and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites in batches for 2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook the tortellini in salted boiling water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
5. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Simmer until slightly thickened.
6. Return steak and tortellini to the skillet. Toss everything to coat evenly in sauce.
7. Adjust seasoning to taste.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Use sirloin for a leaner cut or ribeye for richer flavor.
Don’t overcrowd the pan when searing steak.
Add a splash of cream when reheating leftovers to revive the sauce.
