Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Loaded Cheddar Alfredo Shells is the ultimate comfort food dinner, combining seared juicy steak in garlic butter with creamy, cheesy Alfredo pasta shells. Perfect for family dinners or indulgent date nights. A hearty steak and pasta meal made easy and delicious.

Ingredients

1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

3 garlic cloves, minced

3 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

8 oz medium pasta shells

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

1. Pat the steak dry and season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear steak bites in batches until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt butter and stir in minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.

4. Return steak to skillet and toss with garlic butter. Cook 1 more minute, then remove from heat.

5. Cook pasta shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

6. In a saucepan, melt some butter, then add heavy cream and milk. Stir in garlic powder and paprika.

7. Add cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until smooth and creamy.

8. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce to coat well.

9. Serve shells topped with steak bites and a drizzle of remaining garlic butter from the pan.

Notes

Use sirloin or ribeye for tender, flavorful steak.

Don’t overcook the pasta — al dente texture works best with Alfredo sauce.

For extra richness, double the garlic butter for drizzling on top.
