Description

Garlic Butter Chicken Balls with Creamy Parmesan Pasta is a comforting dinner recipe featuring crispy chicken meatballs and a rich parmesan cream sauce over pasta. It’s a flavorful, easy-to-make pasta dish perfect for weeknights or entertaining. Enjoy this creamy garlic chicken pasta combo that’s packed with flavor and comfort.

Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 egg

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp butter (for searing)

8 oz pasta of choice

2 tbsp butter (for sauce)

2 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper until just combined.

2. Form the mixture into small chicken balls using your hands or a scoop.

3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken balls until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

4. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water, then drain.

5. In the same skillet, melt butter, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

6. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

7. Add a splash of reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.

8. Toss cooked pasta into the sauce until coated evenly.

9. Top the pasta with garlic butter chicken balls and garnish with chopped parsley.

10. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor and melting quality.

Don’t overmix the chicken mixture to keep the meatballs tender.

Reserve pasta water before draining to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
