Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 can refrigerated crescent dough
2 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon garlic powder (for butter)
1 teaspoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted, then remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out crescent dough and separate into triangles, slightly flattening each piece.
4. Spoon beef mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle. Roll up gently and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Melt butter and mix with garlic powder and parsley if using. Brush over each rollup.
6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
