Description
Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are soft, golden, buttery bites filled with melty mozzarella cheese and brushed with rich garlic herb butter. This easy appetizer recipe is perfect for parties, game day, holiday snacks, or a cozy side dish when you want warm cheesy bread bombs with big flavor.
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each one slightly.
3. Place one cube of mozzarella in the center of each dough piece.
4. Pull the dough around the cheese and pinch the seams tightly to seal. Roll gently into a ball.
5. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt.
6. Arrange the dough balls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
7. Brush each dough ball generously with the garlic butter mixture.
8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
9. Brush with the remaining garlic butter as soon as they come out of the oven.
10. Serve warm while the cheese is still melty.
Notes
Seal the dough very well around the cheese so it does not leak out during baking.
Low-moisture mozzarella works best for a gooey center without making the dough soggy.
These taste best fresh, but you can reheat them in the oven or air fryer to bring back the crisp outside.
