Description

Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese is the ultimate comfort food mashup, combining buttery garlic bread with gooey melted cheese for the perfect crispy, golden sandwich. A cheesy, garlicky twist on a classic grilled cheese sandwich, ideal for lunch, dinner, or dipping in soup.

Ingredients

4 slices bread

4 tablespoons butter, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 pinch salt

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt until smooth.

2. Spread the garlic butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.

3. On the opposite side, layer mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

4. Close the sandwiches with the buttered sides facing outward.

5. Heat a skillet over medium heat.

6. Place the sandwich in the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.

7. Remove from skillet, let sit for a minute, then slice and serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly minced garlic for bold flavor.

Shred your own cheese for the best melt.

Add cooked bacon or sliced tomatoes for a fun twist.
