Description

These Fried Strawberry Cheesecake Sandwiches are a golden, crispy dessert packed with sweet strawberry jam and creamy cheesecake filling. This indulgent treat is easy to make, perfect for brunch or dessert, and pairs beautifully with fresh berries or vanilla ice cream. Try this quick recipe for a warm, melty, sweet sandwich you’ll crave again and again.

Ingredients

4 slices brioche bread

4 oz cream cheese

2 tbsp powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp strawberry jam or preserves

2 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 tbsp butter

1/4 cup sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

2. Spread the cheesecake mixture on two slices of bread.

3. Add a spoonful of strawberry jam over the cream cheese and top with remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.

4. In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.

5. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides.

6. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.

7. Fry each sandwich for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

8. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.

9. While sandwiches are still warm, coat them in the cinnamon sugar.

10. Slice, serve warm, and enjoy.

Notes

Use thick brioche slices to avoid sogginess.

Don’t skip the cinnamon sugar — it adds the perfect sweet crunch.

Reheat leftovers in a skillet to keep them crispy.
