Ingredients
2 pieces chicken breast or thighs
4 packs ramen noodles
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons hot sauce or chili paste
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup chicken broth
2 stalks green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken — In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hot sauce or chili paste, and chicken broth. Add chicken and marinate for 15–20 minutes.
2. Cook the Ramen Noodles — Boil noodles per package instructions, drain, and set aside.
3. Sear the Chicken — In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook marinated chicken until cooked through and slightly charred, about 5–6 minutes per side. Remove and keep warm.
4. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce — In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add chicken broth and simmer. Stir in heavy cream and thicken slightly.
5. Assemble the Ramen — Toss noodles in the sauce, top with sliced chicken, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
Use fresh ramen noodles for extra authenticity.
Adjust the amount of chili paste for more or less heat.
