Description

This Eggnog Tiramisu is the ultimate holiday dessert, blending creamy mascarpone, spiced eggnog, and coffee-soaked ladyfingers into an easy, no-bake showstopper. Perfect for Christmas, New Year’s, or cozy winter gatherings.


Ingredients

1 cup mascarpone cheese

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup eggnog

1/3 cup powdered sugar

24 ladyfinger cookies

1 cup strong brewed coffee

2 tablespoons dark rum (optional)

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons cocoa powder (for dusting)


Instructions

1. Brew a strong cup of coffee, let it cool, and stir in dark rum if using.

2. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks. Set aside.

3. In another bowl, beat the mascarpone until smooth. Add powdered sugar, eggnog, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Mix well.

4. Fold the whipped cream gently into the mascarpone mixture until smooth and fluffy.

5. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture.

6. Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish. Spread half the mascarpone mixture on top. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and the rest of the cream.

7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

8. Dust with cocoa powder and a pinch of nutmeg before serving.

Notes

Use full-fat mascarpone for best creaminess.

Don’t soak the ladyfingers too long to prevent sogginess.

Make a day ahead to allow flavors to deepen.
