Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
0.5 cup granulated sugar
0.5 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
0.25 tsp salt
0.75 cup almond milk
0.5 cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
0.5 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper or grease it.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add in almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until a thick batter forms.
4. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips gently.
5. Spread the batter evenly in the baking pan.
6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
7. Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
