Ingredients
2 cups frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
2 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ cups shredded cheese
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Thaw the frozen spinach completely and squeeze out excess moisture.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, eggs, sour cream, 1 cup of shredded cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix everything until well combined.
4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
5. Top with the remaining ½ cup of shredded cheese.
6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
7. Let the casserole cool slightly before serving.
