Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/4 cup mini pepperoni
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a small casserole dish or loaf pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and smooth out the top.
4. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the cottage cheese mixture.
5. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni on top.
6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
