Ingredients
24 Oreo cookies
5 tablespoons melted butter
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
8 ounces whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
6 Oreo cookies (crushed, for filling and garnish)
Instructions
1. Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or plastic bag and rolling pin.
2. Mix the crumbs with melted butter until fully combined.
3. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust. Chill in the fridge while making the filling.
4. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
5. Add powdered sugar and beat again until creamy.
6. Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
7. Gently stir in 3 crushed Oreo cookies.
8. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
9. Garnish with the remaining crushed Oreos.
10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set, then slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Use regular Oreos for a sturdier crust.
Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing to avoid lumps.
This pie is best when chilled overnight.
