Description

This Easy Marshmallow Swirl Fudge recipe combines creamy chocolate and fluffy marshmallow for a no-bake treat that’s quick, festive, and perfect for holidays, parties, or gifting. Made with sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and marshmallow fluff, it’s a smooth, indulgent dessert anyone can make.


Ingredients

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup marshmallow fluff or 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows


Instructions

1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil, leaving overhang for easy removal.

2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and butter, stirring constantly until smooth.

3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

4. Drop spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff over the fudge and swirl gently with a knife. If using mini marshmallows, fold them in gently.

5. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours until firm.

7. Remove from pan using parchment overhang and cut into squares.

Notes

This fudge makes 25 to 36 squares depending on size.

You can substitute dark chocolate or white chocolate chips.

Let the fudge sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing if too firm.
