Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
8 ounces rotini pasta
1 15-ounce jar Alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until soft.
