Ingredients
0.33 cup coconut flour
0.25 cup butter, softened
0.33 cup granulated erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
0.5 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter and sweetener until fluffy.
3. Add eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, mixing well.
