Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 5.2 ounce package Garlic and Fine Herbs Boursin cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper. Arrange in baking dish.
3. Spread Boursin cheese evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
4. In a small bowl mix breadcrumbs, parsley, and olive oil until combined.
5. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture evenly over the cheese layer and gently press to adhere.
6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until topping is golden and chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit internally.
7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
