Description

This Easy Frito Pie recipe is a quick and comforting dinner idea layered with crunchy corn chips, hearty chili, and gooey cheese. Perfect for busy weeknights or game days, this Frito casserole is a Tex-Mex favorite that’s both family-friendly and easy to customize.


Ingredients

2 cups Fritos corn chips

2 cups canned chili

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup chopped onions (optional)

¼ cup sour cream (optional topping)

¼ cup sliced jalapeños (optional topping)


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

2. Spread Fritos evenly in the bottom of a baking dish.

3. Pour the canned chili over the Fritos in an even layer.

4. Sauté onions (if using) and scatter over the chili.

5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top.
